October 2012

We have noticed a number of Middle School girls wearing their shoes unbuckled every day. I’m afraid if this trend continues to occur we will have no alternative but to cease allowing buckle shoes at school and will only allow shoes with laces as part of our uniform. I realise it may be preferable for students to wear unbuckled shoes at school but it then becomes an Occupational Health and Safety and Welfare issue. Please be vigilant about this at home and reiterate to your daughter that the alternative will be lace up shoes as of 2013.
