A number of girls continue to wear their shoes unlaced or Tbars unbuckled. This poses a safety risk as the school has a number of stairs and we do not wish the students to fall and hurt themselves. Parents are requested to ensure students are wearing their uniform correctly and that their shoes are replaced if worn out and/or irreparable.

A reminder that on the basis of safety and parent and staff feedback, last year School Council decided that the wearing of T-bars will be phased out in this college. From the beginning of this year all Year 7 students were expected to wear black leather lace up school shoes.

From the beginning of 2012 all year levels will be expected to be in black leather lace up school shoes in the traditional school style with a defined heel. The sneaker style leather shoe, flat soled, suede, desert boots and flimsy styles are NOT permitted.

Please keep this in mind when you are shopping for school shoes.
